Aquarius - Eternity Old Flower Baby

Aquarius is the flower child and conserver of the natural world. She is the Goddess Hebe who mixed the elixir of youth and revitalises the vibrancy of life. And she is also the matriarchal elder holding the Saturn scythe with severe responsibility, mother, child, and lover.
Aquarius may be a ‘Mother of Humanity,’ but the heavenly role of the Mother Goddess appears a vastly different image to domestic motherhood. The image of the Divine Mother cradling her child is the vision that comes to the Aquarius mind, concrete or fleeting pristine form. But the harsh rationality of reality tends to shatter these images into pieces.

It could be the possible loss of identity or independence, the thought of chaotic tantrums, or the commotion of parenting groups. Sometimes the notion of pregnancy or childbirth is freaky or sickly. Maybe she mourns for the soul of the world and fears the world that a child would grow up to see. Beneath most of these conscious responses underlies the crux of the Aquarian nature - ideals, ideas, inspiration. The Water Bearer is floating above earth with the air traffic of possibilities, patterns, and visions as direct lightning brainstorms. Though such abstract entities blemish or break the moment of touch by human hands.

Aquarians walk freely in bare feet just for that kindred sensation of the electricity in earth. Natural beauty is worth more than money or opulence. It’s possible that the Aquarian’s natural desire for parenting is rather an emulation of the mother or parent figure. An offering love, dreams, and wisdom from comfortable distance that retains her clarity of mind and prevents her being burned out by her own sensitivity. She may decide to become a teacher nurturing a new generation of minds, or a community leader petitioning for policy change that improves the network of her community. Maybe she is a social worker working with homeless or abandoned youth, or a friend that can always be relied upon.

The Water Bearer can pour nectar forever, and Aquarius love filters from a limitless supply. There is so much love to give, and the need to give love is so much greater than to receive it. Aquarius is the love of Mother Goddess in the stars, overlooking her children as they sleep below. And she must know that she is this love. This is the moment that everything will finally reflect the crystal visions and utopian plans inside her mind
